Jessica T. Fauntleroy, MSW, LCSW-C is a therapist, strategist, author, and speaker with over 15 years of experience empowering individuals, families, and communities through healing-centered, culturally responsive care. She is the founder of Restoring Destiny Mental Health Services, a Black woman-owned outpatient agency in Baltimore, Maryland, where she leads with compassion and a commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed practice.

A
proud graduate of Morgan State University and Howard University School of Social Work, Jessica also holds a Post-Master’s Certification in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice from NYU Silver School of Social Work. She is a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor and has mentored countless emerging social workers and leaders across Maryland.

Beyond
her clinical expertise, Jessica is the visionary behind J’elle Legacy Group, a platform that equips women to heal, strategize, and build multi-generational legacies. Through initiatives like The Legacy Table and her books, including the upcoming Mindful Heroes: ABCs of Mental Health Careers, Jessica merges mental health, strategy, and education to inspire change.

Her
work has been featured on WEAA 88.9 FM, in the Baltimore Afro, the Baltimore Times, and in partnerships with universities, nonprofits, and community leaders. Known for her ability to blend clinical insight with real-life storytelling, Jessica creates spaces where healing meets strategy, and purpose becomes legacy.

Above
all, Jessica is deeply committed to her role as a mother and grandmother -- honoring the legacy of her family while paving the way for the next generation.
